This delicious liqueur cake is made with a moist rich chocolate sponge cake, lightly flavored with brandy. It is filled with a sweet raspberry mousse filling with fresh raspberries, covered in a Belgium dark chocolate ganache frosting and decorated with fresh raspberries. This delicious cake will be sure to make your taste buds soar!

Handling Information:
This product must be handled properly to get the best results:
  • Take the whole cake out of the freezer and let set for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Immediately open the box, take up the edges from both sides of the box, and then spread down every side of the box until it is completely open. Cut and remove the pieces to be used in the next 10-12 hours. Cover the pieces with plastic wrap and refrigerate. For best results serve on plates or crystal glass. The pieces will be ready to decorate and serve in 1-2 hours.
  • Put the remaining, uncut pieces back in the freezer. Remember to close the box and cover with plastic before returning the product to the freezer.
